• Founded and remains involved with Global Alumina Products Corporation, which is developing an alumina refinery in the Republic of Guinea.⁴⁹
• Founded and remains involved with Seacom Ltd., which is linking an undersea fiber optic cable between Europe and Africa.⁵⁰

• Sithe is creating a palm oil business in several African countries. The business plans to create farms, extraction facilities, and related infrastructure in a sustainable manner that involves local farmers.⁵² One of the main projects of All for Africa, a non-profit sponsored by Sithe and headed by Bruce Wrobel, Sithe’s CEO, is soliciting donations for palm oil trees to be planted in rural African communities to support local farmers.⁵³

• Prior to joining Sithe Energies, DeLeo was a tax attorney for Chemical Bank.

• Co-founder of Sithe Global, oversees construction of generating facilities.
• Previously ran Power Professionals, a consulting firm specializing in development and construction of energy projects.

Hamsa Shadaksharappa, Chief Financial Officer⁵⁷

• Previously CFO at Texas Genco, a Texas power generation company, before it was sold to NRG Energy.  Texas Genco was formerly owned by Blackstone.
• In the past, also worked for Indianapolis Power and Light, AES Corporation, Exxon, and McKinsey and Company.

• Previously did international development work for Sithe Energies.
• Founded Globeleq, a power company that developed generating capacity for emerging markets.

• Actively involved in the development of the Desert Rock and Toquop projects.
